How do I set the PLS_CURRENT_AUTOPLAY_ON to start with a delay of 8 sec

When I use talkuser with the intro and outro to the bed out of talkuser track from the playlist starts simultaneously with the outro

I have a problem with talluser .in when leaving outro starts simultaneously playlist and mix TOGETHER.How solve the problem?Setting propprexx took my time and get out of the demo period and to present to the heads and pressed me so..
