Re: Call command in playlist

Hi Bernd,

Thanks a lot for this suggestion. It might actually work as yes, I'd like to hook this up to a particular track (or two).

I'll try this ;)

Call command in playlist

Hi all, I want to be able to call a command (which makes an HTTP call to an external server) only when that particular item is played within a playlist. Let me better explain... I currently have a script that loads a particular set of songs from my libraries. In the middle of these songs, I have an ...

Load program only if file exists

Hi, We have a situation where at a particular point in time, we air several announcements. The way we have it now is that we first have a program set to load the intro track and the voice bed for these announcements. Then we have an overlay set that loads and plays the actual announcements track on ...

Play line in feed in Overlay

Hi, I currently have an overlay set up like this: https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1uxlP4X Item #2 in the list is my line in feed, which I know it works as I'm using that line in a Program already, however, it seems that when the Overlay is played, the line in feed command is skipped completely and on...

Re: Play the next track in currently active playlist when overlay has finished playing

Bernd,

Tried this for the past 2 days and it worked flawlessly. PLS_CURRENT_PLAY_NEXT is what I needed.

Thanks a lot for your awesome support!

Re: Play the next track in currently active playlist when overlay has finished playing

Hi Bernd, Thanks for getting back. I don't want to suspend the program though as the program is actually playing the bed for the overlay... that is why I want to trigger a "next track" event when the overlay is complete. To better explain my use case, I have a program set to launch at a particular t...

Play the next track in currently active playlist when overlay has finished playing

Hi, I'd like to set up a system where as soon as the overlay has been played in full, a command is sent to the currently active program playlist so the next track is played automatically. The way I have set it up right now is that on "On Overlay Played" this control command runs: PLS_PLAY_NEXT <play...

Re: Extracting the program and overlay schedule

Bernd, I was aware of this feature but I was really looking for an automated method of some sort really.

Inzane8305, thanks for your response. This will work if I, for example, want to upload what's currently playing on the website but it won't help me generate a full day's schedule, unfortunately.
