Our admin password does not work anymore. We've never changed the admin password. We can not close PF unless ctrl alt delete. What do we do to restore the PF?

This is it? If so the password doesn't do anything.

We do have an enterprise version but we are not able to login to the advertapp. It does not accept the admin login password. What can i do to fix that?

Hi Bernd.

We just re-installated PF on the new computer and would like to restore everything. The last back up was last than a week. Now the system tells me that the last back up restore failed. What can i do to make the magic happen?

Bernd, somehow it does not work. The news starts exactly at the hour, then closer jingle overrules the news. Are settings wrong? Overlay editor Time.png When the jingle ends there is a silcence from at 3-4 seconds before the advertising starts. Overlay editor Time.png This is allright? I see the mix...

I already tried to explain: Make sure your News files are available at the time when Overlay Players shows up AND DO NOT change the file after! Bernd. 3) but change the Show in Advance Time, so they are also both EQUAL, e.g. set both to 300 sec. ! We expirience now that 300 seconds ( 5 minuts) is to long, after all the news will be automaticly downloaded 120 seconds before the hour.
