could I send trackname to file without diacritic and only in uppercase?

For example:
trackname: Kryštof - Křídla z mýdla
in .txt: KRYSTOF - KRIDLA Z MYDLA

Uppercase are not important Name without diacritic is important for export to RDS or web...
