I think I found the difference: When a track with insert is already loaded into a player and you move the insert, the player starts the insert twice: once on the original time, once on the new (moved) time.

Unloading and reloading the tracks seems to fix it.

It's working here as well. I've downloaded the beta and changed the OnCartSelected.
