That sounds a bit strange, as nothing was changed in that area.
From which version are you comming/upgrading?
If nothing helps, simply reload the scripts, i.e. go to the 'Script Library Management' dialog and remove your existing ones and then re-add them again.

The Moderator/Track info window restores as it should be here (after a restart of PF).
Meaning the settings (Show Previous/Next Track) are maintained.
