Why would you have that minimized?
It can simply be closed and reopened. That saves much more resources and that's why it cannot be minimized at the moment.

Switching to v4.0.1.39 might help, but that seems also impossible for you. I don't know why, since various other users already did update and had no issues - so I am also lost at this point and it seems, that something more general is not okay in your setup - maybe? I myself tested the .39 on 3 diff...

At this point just go back to your previous version... which is backed up in the Previous Version folder...
