Advert & News Management main background does not change between skins
To reproduce:
1. Open "Advertising & News Management"
2. Change the skin to a lighter skin.
3. Notice how the background that was behind the tabs does not adapt to the theme and stays the same dark colour.
This did not happen prior to v4.0.2.x, so I'm assuming this is a bug.

The update is now installing fine today. I've tested a 9 hour playlist and all the overlays are correctly scheduled now, thanks! For the "max. early" thing, I'm just shifting the start time back which has the same effect when resolving overlays like this (I'm not using AllowEarlyCloseStart...

All is good now for overlays after TUS-FTEs but the backtiming calculation for overlays seems to not be working anymore. Overlays scheduled do not seem to look at the previous overlays' duration anymore. e.g. a 5 minute overlay at HH:00:00 will shift the HH:10:00 overlay to be more around HH:15:00. ...

This is by design in order to emulate the 'normal' behavior (as it would happen, if Overlays would be played out normally by the Overlay Player on top of the playlist). To reproduce:
1. Create a news category.
2. Add two reference tracks and click "OK".
3. Edit the news category and remove a reference track and click "OK".
