Re: Smooth track transition

Pfff, I don't get it to work. Even with only one Script Rule line (see attached) the results are poor. I tried to include the test .txt file as an attachment but it does not work. How can I do this? Even the "UseLastTrackOnFinalFail" does not return any hits, so I end up with a playlist wi...

Re: Smooth track transition

I found the UseLastTrackOnFinalFail setting and turned it on. I'm gong to further investigate why not all script lines are possible to be selected, given the script selection and history settings. For the BPM issue (again, not so important but really strange) I open my "All music" playlist...

Re: Smooth track transition

Another question of a much smaller attitude. I have disabled the auto-BPM detection, but some tracks had already counted the BPM and stored it in the Track Data. The funny thing is that when I set the BPM to '0" and save the record, the BPM value re-occurs when I open the tracks again. It seems...

Re: Smooth track transition

... Script Rules again (see picture). A much better result, but still some "blind spots". This means that not all script lines give a return, which results in e.g. two jingles played after each other. Do you have any idea where to search for this solution? My standard history is set to Art...

Re: Smooth track transition

Hi Bernd, thanks once more for your quick reply. That is indeed a big difference! I re-installed the jingles in the cartwall and created the

Re: Smooth track transition

Hello Bernd, After all tracks have been categorized with start and end tempo, the update to the Professional version to include Script Rules and the definition of these Script Rules, I run into some problems. The first attached picture shows my Script lines. I included the Jingles from the library i...

Re: Smooth track transition

I would expect the same, but it doesn't. Sometimes, but not all tracks. It cannot have to do with the history settings, because the script settings are very "open", so a lot of tracks are possible to be selected in every script line. Anyway, the "LeastRecentPlayed" option works v...

Re: Smooth track transition

Another question, It looks like "LeastTimesPlayed" does not give the "0" played tracks every time. Sometimes it works, but I get the feeling that this functionality is not working properly. The function "LeastRecentlyPlayed" works much better. Any idea where this differ...

Re: Smooth track transition

It is indeed V4.1.3.3 that I downloaded this afternoon. So I'm using the latest version. A quick look didn't show me so much difference compared to the previous version. Can you tell in a nutshell where the improvements are located?

Re: Smooth track transition

Hi Bernd, thanks for the update. I was on holiday for the last few weeks, and next week in Asia for work, but after that I will start the real testing. I'm still in progress of defining the tempi of all my music tracks. It will take some time, but I will get back to you with my final questions/remar...
