Re: Switching program and news
Yep, you are right.
I assumed, that the input used for manual operations - but you are right, the volume should not be faded-up, if the overlay or the mod stream is also playing in parallel
This will be fixed in the next version!

Re: add jingle on start of track automaticly
You can use the automatic sweeper mode - click on the flash icon in the option column of a script-line entry. Auto. Sweeper: (Automatic Sweeper) Select a cartwall library which should be used as an automatic sweeper library. If set, a sweeper track is automatically selected from that library (matchi...

Re: Setup External Database for the music
You can use a SQL database with ProppFrexx. But ProppFrexx only has read capabilities. I.e. you would have to maintain your database (entries) yourself! Each entry has a reference to the file location and path (see the SQL.txt file contained in your installation folder). That LOCATION column must de...

Re: Setup External Database for the music
The advantage of ProppFrexx is, that all is file based.
Ie. to set up your VM, just organize your folder structure on that VM. You can automate ProppFrexx, so that your lib automatically adds new files added to your folder lib when they are added to your folder (Auto Watch).

Re: Metatag visible with live prgramm URL
You don’t need a test system. How do you reproduce your issue - as I can not.

Then activate the Debug Logging (general settings, More Stuff) execute your command and deactivate the Debug Logging after.
You will find the error in the Debug Log (see the Tools ribbon tab). Just post it here or send it to me…

Re: No update of the audio news file via FTP
You need of course write access to that file.
And you have to make sure, that the file is not in use while a new one might overwrite the existing one.
Have you tried the command manually eg. via a user command?

Re: Remote presenter
I don’t know Mixx.
Yes, streaming servers introduce some latency (of various seconds, depending on the server settings).
Another way is using a AoIP solution, ie. a Virtual SounduDevice with which you directly connect the two instances. Something like VAC, Dante, VB-Audio or alike.

Re: Remote presenter
Not sure, what you are looking for? If you have a one-shot interview (whatever this is?), you can send the interview as a recording to your remote or master studio to integrate that into a playlist. Or you are looking for a remote mobile recording solution to stream directly from your mobile phone t...
