I have a Enterprise License but I would like to do remote voicetrack from another PC outside the network. I understand that I can purchase Basic Edition for that , but how the recording can be moved between songs without Segue Editor?

It cannot be visually, you would need to do that by setting the cue-points manually and then pre-listen - not very comfortable.
If you need/want the graphical SegueEditor, you need to purchase at least the Premium Edition.
