Sounds like an encoder problem.
Which MP3 encoder are you using (lame.exe)? And which version?
Have you probably changed something there e.g. installed a different version recently?

I am using MP3 encoder and nothing changed since last PF start

It is working now, it seems like some kind of server problem, I think. But I was unable to start streaming server. It was strange.

Yes, but what MP3 encocder (see your Encoder Setup)!
Is it lame.exe?
And was there may be a Windows update or you installed any other software which broke that?
Since here all is working fine and also other users don't have any problems.
So I guess the problem must be on your PC.
Have you tried to reboot?
