Auto Play skips first entry when a livestream appears second

To reproduce:
  • Create a blank new playlist
  • Add any item
  • Add a livestream (as a URL address), ensuring that it is second in the playlist.
  • Click "Auto Play"
Both entries are loaded initially but the first entry ends up being skipped.

Fixed in the v4.0.1.46 update.
