Proppfrexx not responding.

I use next to Proppfrexx the Proppfrexx ONAIR watcher, today Proppfrexx was not responding, Proppfrexx is running on Windows server 2016 with 16GB mem and 16 cores so this should be enough for Proppfrexx to run properly

Error log ONAIR watcher:
2-5-2020 12:13:22 WARNING: ProppFrexx ONAIR is not responding anymore!
2-5-2020 12:13:27 INFO: Restarting C:\Program Files\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\ProppFrexx ONAIR.exe

The error log of Proppfrexx did not say anything about an not responding.

The question is what could start to interrupt Proppfrexx on the server only Proppfrexx ONAIR, Proppfrexx ONAIR watcher, a download tool and a virus scanner.

When there is no error in the ProppFrexx error.log, this is typically an indication, that the system itself is unstable. Eg. a buggy sound card driver, an IO error, a network issue, a graphics driver, the OS itself etc.

The Windows Event Log might reveal more info. Have you taken a look there?

Also, what exakt version and license are you using
?

I'm going to check the event logs of windows, thanks for the tip

I'm using 4.1.5.13 64-bit Licence prof.

Hi Bernd Found the problem it was windows some .dll problem, hope i fixed it :) thanks for the support anyway

In all my test systems I am not getting this - so I need to investigate...seems, that some .Net dependency is missing on your systems...

Can you please use the attached zip file and unpack it to your default ProppFrexx installation directory, to check, if this is the missing file resolving your startup issue?!
