Control Room Message Center -> window resizes

Post by Adger »

Tested with 3.0.10.33 on Win7/64

I am using the Control Room Message Center with OnTrackPlay -> Set_Messagecenter_Message, nothing black magic or fancy. Just plain textoutput.

So far everything was great. Today I tried a new layout (distribution of windows and containers around the interface.) Now everytime a new message is written to the Control Room Message Center it resizes itself to a size it considers sutiable when docked in a window with other containers or the main interface window. It either resizes to full height of the mainwindow (when docked in there) or some aritarry width when docked side by side in a container. Restarting PFO (and saving the layout) does not help. Having the CRMC in a container all by it self no resizing happens. As soon as I dock it the error surfaces.

Further, after docking the CMRC back into the container I had it in before the bug occured the seperate container would be oddly sized after restarting PFOA.

I see what you mean (I can reproduce it).
Nothing I discovered so far.
I'll take a look into it - hopefully it is something I have under control ;-)

...found it...
It was calling an incorrect fuction to activate the window ;-)
So if it is a matter of urgency I can provide an update tomorrow...else it will be fixed with the next release.
