proppfrexx starts with "SND" "on" (checked, blue) ("OUT" out) ...
i turn it off ...
when i use "PFL Player" (or "Segue-Editor") and after i close it,
"SND" is "on" again ...

Probably you have defined the "AutoSND @ No PFL" functionality with the mixer channel?!
Make a right-click onto the SND button and check the "Auto SND" sub-menu to see, if the "No PFL" option is selected.
If yes, uncheck it - resp. select 'Off'.
Since, if 'NO PFL' checked - this means SND is automatically (re)activated once any pre-fade-listening mode ends (e.g. by closing the PFL Player or the Segue Editor).

i put this in a "bugs" section because i didn't turn "Auto SND" "on" ...
it appears after updating to v3.0.11.40 ...

An update wouldn't have changed any mixer settings...so it must have been accidentally enabled or via the Mixer-Setup-Wizard...
