Segue Editor as Docked window
Segue Editor as Docked window
Could the Segue Editor become a window that can be docked in a group container (such as other components in the View tab)?

Unfortunately currently not.
But why would you need that?

Re: Segue Editor as Docked window
I want to incorporate it as a part of my Layout
(based on this picture of Dalet:
),
but because the Segue Editor works like a seperate window it gets hidden behind Group Containers and the Main Window.
I've seen from here: viewtopic.php?t=595 that the Segue Editor can be always opened; could it have something to do with that?

Re: Segue Editor as Docked window
Here it never gets hidden behind the main window - so can you explain your layout or make a screenshot when it got hidden?
The Segue Editor might only get partially behind other floating windows if you explicitly activate them are they are partially overlapping...but that is normal I assume - but it never gets behind the Main window...?!

Re: Segue Editor as Docked window
Oh, my bad. I should correct myself - yes it doesn't hide behind the main window (which for now is OK), so my wish would be that the Segue Editor could be toggled to have a higher priority than Group Containers in case of window stacking (if it is possible).
My layout looks like this with the Segue Editor open:
Note that I need to have the Segue Editor open across two screens, so I can bring it up again when I need it.

Re: Segue Editor as Docked window
The SegueEditor now stays on top (resp. will be brought to front) when its tracks are updated.
So check the new v4.0.1.25...

Right now, can't update (404 error). I'll stay tuned
Re: Segue Editor as Docked window
Just try it again - maybe to quick and some server caches are not up to date...

Re: Segue Editor as Docked window
After updating I've found out that for me that's not the desired effect, or I haven't tested it enough.
Just to be clear, I meant that the Segue Editor would be an Always-On-Top window (thus for me having higher priority than Group Containers) and that this Always-On-Top function could be toggled on or off (if someone wouldn't want to have it).
Sorry if I haven't been clear enough.
