That is all very very strange! There must be a major issue with your machine or OS setup.
Maybe the .Net framework is even broken on your machine. Maybe the OS setup is somehow broken - but I will have a hard time to be your system admin.
As such, we can do a TeamViewer session, e.g. tomorrow morning - but I am affraid I need to charge for this according to the terms listed here: http://www.proppfrexx.radio42.com/purchase.html#support

Still, even if it doesn't turn green - please again, follow the steps above and then send me the 'Debug_....log' file created!

It can obviously not be started because some error occurred.

So please, send me that 'Debug_....log' file as well as the file called 'Error.log' - which is contained in the same folder as explained above!
I am very optimistic to find the root cause with these files.
If not, lets do a TV session, if you want!

I have completely reinstalled the PC.
Proppfrexx reinstalled. The license has been reactivated and I still have the same problem.
Can the system owner (Frank Vreeswijk) contact you to schedule a team viewer session?
