License gets expired?

Post by SiriusRadio » 27 Feb 2016 10:42

Hi

Since yesterday , after using PF for 2 years, now i get a popup with the text that the license expires in 25 days.
That can't be true, can it?
I bought the license. I could not believe my eyes, restarted and now i have only 21 days left. Can someone please provide me with an answer?

Now i see this error!

This already happened to a couple of v3 users. The reason is a bit unclear, but somehow the Windows Registry entry where the license is kept is lost by whatever Windows update...
To resolve the issue:
Simple re-enter your existing registration data, click on the 'Register...' button and re-enter your Validation-Code and click OK.
This will recreate the registration information in the Windows Registry and all is fine again.

Hello! I'm having the same problem. I don't know where I can find the validation code though? Any suggestions?

It is contained in your original registration mail ;-) Where the key and serial is also contained...
