MIDI MAPPING NATIVE INSTRUMENTS F1 Controller

Post by wesleyw »

Hi, Who can give me a midi mapping for a Native Instruments F1 Controller ??

Would like to use this controller for the Cartwall in Proppfrexxx.

I Have already looked at an explanation, but do not get it all right.

Should anyone have this, I would like to use the mapping.

For the Native Intruments X1 controller, the mapping is also welcome.

The following must be working on the F1 Controller.

In standby mode, the button lights should be halfway lit,

When activated, the button lights must be lit completely.

To stop activation, the illumination button must be lit again halfway.

The end of the jingle must blink the button full

As I have more than 16 jingles in the cartwall you have to work with pages.

The buttons with the text stop must cause jingel to stop.

This is a bit my insight how I would like to have it if it is not possible then keep it up.

P. S. My English is not so good so do my best to translate it from Dutch as well as possible.

Greetings Wesley

I am afraid no one uses X1 yet as a cartwall controller.
However, what is not really clear with the MIDI message mapping?
Of course you need to know the commands (MIDI messages to send) for the X1 in order to enable their lights.... but this is something you should get out of the X1 manual or directly from Native Instruments.

Hi, I have read through the manual of Native Instruments.
For the Software Traktor are enough to find midi mappings but not for a Cartwall but more for samples in a sample desk.
OR you can download an effect mapping,

I've tried to make a set up in Proppfrexx. It's only very irrational to repeatedly enter a button.

Is there an easy way to create a kind of midi script that you can then load?

So I can just make a rule one time to copy and paste and then just customize the location ??

I'm waiting for your answer.

No, you have to enter the commands one by one.
For Native you would have to do the same, the difference is, that someone already didnthis for you ;-). Here it seems you might be the first...

Okay, Thanks for your answers to my question.

Then I have to make a mapping in my holiday.

Okay one last question ... The Alto ZMX124FX | USB can I use to also send digital proppfrexx ???

As far as I know, I can use the USB as a sound card (whatever I do for my card wall).

I don't know this soundcard/console, but if it is present as a regular sound device under Windows OR if it comes with an ASIO driver, then you can use it - so I assume yes!
