Track Events Removal

Post by bebo_saed »

Hello Bernd,

I would like to ask about an option if available in PFOA

i have many tracks contains en event data on it (an overplayed audio file playing over the song at it's end)
i'm aware of the option from the PFL to "remove all track events" but this option is working with songs one by one.

tried to clear all meta data file .pfmd and re generate new ones but it seems the track event is stored on the track it self

it there an option to clear all events data from all of the songs i have in my library with one click?

thanks in advance

When you open any playlist (incl. your media library from the ribbon button's Open icon -> Media Libraries...) you can select all entries (CTRL+A) and then make a right-click on the playlist to open the context menu.
Now select 'TAG and Meta Data' -> 'Remove All Settings...'

In the upcoming dialog you can now specifically select what exactly you want to remove (from all previously selected playlist entries); incl. the option 'Event Entries'.

Once done, you can event select from the same menu 'Save Meta Data Files' ...
