Yes, but you only need to do that if you also want to combine the In 1 Signal with any mixer output, eg. PLAY?

Else you can directly also record the mixer input channel by using the control command:
MIXER_INPUT_REC_ON In 1|filename

And yeas my default encoding is MP3

Hello Thanks for answer me i try this script ( MIXER_INPUT_REC_ON In 1|filename) to start automatic recording signal on my mixer In1 and that work perfect thanks, but i want set the same scrip to stop when the program stopped using this script ( MIXER_INPUT_REC_OFF In 1|filename) and I have a error please see attached pic to see my setting

When you look at the screenshots you should recognize, that the ..._OFF command ONLY takes the mixername as a parameter. So you must remove the filename from your command, just as the error message suggests.
Note, that all commands are also listed and described with its parameters in the Appendix of the user manual.
