Variable duration tracks

Post by Radiofreak »

Today we have broadcast a 3 hour during historical top40 show. The plan is to do that every saterday from now. This show is pre-recorded and cut in 3 pieces. Every track have a duration between 59 till 60 min. That means a variable duration as you understand quit well. We created 3 programs in the scheduler, see attached.

The first program was launched perfect on time. When the first program/track was finished the second program with the second program/track didn't played at all but the 2nd line of the first program was playing, see attached picture 1. So we have to insert the second track by hand in the player. And at the end the 3rd program had the same problem.

What can i do to get this right so everything is going automatically good.

Looks good to me!
Just set the ‘Loop Line’ to 6 instead of 2.

It looks you created 3 scripts - as such I do not see your related program scheduler entries.
However, it also looks, that you removed the ‘SuppressHistoryCheck’ option from the LoadTrack script-lines, which you should not.

But why have you created 3 programs/scripts?
Instead you could have just used just one with instead using multiple script-lines?
Wouldn’t that be easier?
