I have tryed: ${trackname}. As you can see the title is now correct but now before the title there is the word "Pro Tools". That word is not what I have entered. I am a little bit confused.

I’ll look into it, but this sounds strange, as the ${trackname} macro resolves also to “Artist - Title” but honors any missing artist or title.
It now looks, like your track uses the word “Pro Tools” as the Artist value?! Can you check this?
But if that is the case, it should have been used before as well! Or are you testing with different tracks?

So maybe you should tag your Jingles or news correctly.

I just double checked the code here and what you describe seems impossible. What exact version of ProppFrexx are you using?
Could it be, that you are using an older version of ProppFrexx?

When you set a song title in the script editor using the 'T' button, the Artist field is cleared, but the Title is set to the given song title.
Thus, it seems impossible, that when using the "${artist} - ${title}" format it would return " - " as a result; whereas it would return "Pro Tools - Bert..." when using the "${trackname}" macro.

Can you also please post me your track in question for which display seems to go wrong, so that I can try to reproduce that here.
Thanks

Well maybe it is not possible to you but it is reality. I don't understand it either Bernd.
I use version V4.0.5.33 professional edition 64-bit

How do you want the track posted? The file itself or ?

Yes, the track alone would be sufficient.
And yes, I believe you! That’s why I want/need to understand how this could be possible ;-)

Please try the latest v4.0.5.38. This should hopefully fix this issue.

In my tests here and also with your file it works as expected.
Are you sure, that you still specify an alternative song title within your script-line using the ‘T’ button?
