Importing playlist from PowerGold 2 to ProppFrexx

Good evening, I am new on those app PowerGold 2 and ProppFrexx, could someone explain to me how I can import my playlist from PowerGold 2 to ProppFrexx, step by step. Or send me some guide. I try to look to the manual of ProppFrexx, but didn't help me a lot(
