First i see this: Then one of the scripts isn't playing anymore. Only the stationcalls.
To be honest there are a lot of rare disturbing things going on.
I activated the log so i might be able to show the problem in several hours.

The above message appears, in case the mentioned file got corrupt, I.e. it was not properly saved or got destroyed afterwards.
This is typically a sign, that there is an issue with the IO system resp. the hard disk.
Maybe that also explains your other strange issues which you didn’t further explain much?!

I am not able to paste the whole of the debug rapport, How can i get it to you?

I just looked at all the logs, but the only real issue I could found was the corrupt config file!
As said, I cannot recognized why it got corrupted, but this is typically a IO subsystem error, like e.g. a hard disk failure.

Other logged stuff is rarely a picture TAG reading error and sometimes a network connection which couldn't be established, since the other party rejected the connection or was unavailable. Both of these errors are uncritical as they have no real effect on any further ProppFrexx operations and have been gracefully handled!
