Online streaming question

Hello All,
Is there a good tutorial on how to setup Proppfrex for Online streaming?
I have tried to follow the help file but it is a bit confusing...

The Overview Tutorial talks about it:

But setting up streaming is fairly easy.
First define an Encoder Profile:

And than create a Streaming Server in the Network Monitor window.
In the Streaming Server configuration click on the ‚?‘ icon on the top right of the Dialog to get help for every option.
In this dialog you also specify your server credentials, the encoder profile to use as well which audio signal you want to use (mixer channel) as the source for streaming.
Else please explain exactly what is confusing or not fully clear.
