Start Up Problems.

Post by Nootje2+0 » 06 May 2020 16:54

Hello My name is Arno and I am a new user of Proppfrexx,

After a few weeks i still have some startup problems, someone here could help me to get started.
First i had the music in WAV and that was a problem to make the tags on the music, so i have already converted now all music to Mp3
But now I still get an "error" playing the music when creating the tags and the program still loading the wav files?
I have already done a rescan on the music library.

I have been trying, reading tests looking at Youtube etc. for several weeks now. Perhaps there is someone who can help me online with a good start-up? and put everything right so I can start! If it necessary to sharing my screen?. Because "I Want to play the music!"

Thanks,
Arno

ProppFrexx fully supports reading and writing any meta data to WAV files - except the files are already corrupted in the first place beforehand.
So I see no reason to convert them to MP3.

Also, what exact error do you get? Can you share a screenshot and error message or describe the exact steps to reproduce your issue.
If you belobe the files might the issue please provide a sample file to look at.
But first I suggest you describe the steps when you get an error plus show the exact error message.

Go to the Full Editor here and add the image as an Attachment (click on Add File) and that's it.
You might also place that inline then...
Screenshot.jpg
You need to save your screenshot first as an image file - which you then upload.

I have seen that, but I only get: Image [/ img, I work on a Macbook at this moment, maybe that is the problem? it is also not possible to drag the photo? The Proppfrexx radio software runs of course on a windows machine.

No, web forum software doesn’t support drag and drop, because it is not a windows application.
And sorry, ProppFrexx only runs on Windows. And hundreds of happy users prove this ;-)

As said be a little more detailed and I am sure we will find your issue. But with a message it gives an error this is unfortunately too wage to guess what it could be.
