Cannot Connect and Activate Encoder

Hello:
I am currently evaluating your software. First, I like your UI. However, I am having difficulty finding good tutorials such as this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_rMNo4tkJc
The tutorial is very detailed with the server I will be using (https://myradiostream.com/) and it works as the video shows. I would love to purchase your software. However, I cannot seem to even connect to the server. I am able to connect with winamp with shoutcast dsp without a problem. With your software I get a message stating that "encoder not active o cannot connect to the server". Please provide guidance.

Please show your streaming server configuration of ProppFrexx (eg. a screenshot).
And indicate if it is SHOUTcast v1 or v2 Server you are trying to connect to.

Thank you for your response. Enclosed please find an attachment of my server configuration.
The parameters are as follows:
Address / Host: s28.myradiostream.com
Stream Port: 26886
Streaming version: SHOUTcast v1

As I mentioned, I successfully connect to the server using winamp with shoutcast dsp using the same settings.

Hi,

I don't immediately see anything wrong.

-sc_serv.exe started up?
-password correct?
-encoder setting: Source correct?

But I do ;-)
You need to leave the field 'Stream ID' empty! As otherwise the SHOUTcast v2 protocol is used.
Click on the '?' icon at the very top right to get further help for each option.
