network streaming monitor

Post by Michel67 »

can it be that since the last update (s) the number of sent kBytes is no longer correct? I see that the kBytes for all streams remains the same anyway of whether or not listeners

There was nothing changed since the last update.
But the Bytes sends are of course independent whether there are listeners connected or not (as the data is send to the server regardless if no one is listening of if 100 are listening) - as the number of bytes are counted from ProppFrexx to the Server (and not from the Server to the listeners).

Okay clear. I now noticed that the Bytes sent are now lower than that I saw 'normal'

Rough calculation assuming you are using 128kbps for streaming.

128 kbps (KBit/sec.) = 16 KByte/sec. = 57.600 KB/hour = 1.382.400 KB/day
After 2 days and 2 hours this is roughly: 2.880.000 KB

Looks the values is quite correct - as said, there was nothing changed recently within the network streaming monitor.
