Hello,
I want to use the special "OVERLAY:" line in the scheduler logs to place my overlays inside my logfiles. When I use this line the overlay is placed in the playlist but the duration is set to 00:00. I want to have the duration of the overlay at the time the playlist is imported. How do I do this?

You can only specify the approximate duration in the log file.
The exact duration can and will only be calculated when the dynamic overlay container is effectively resolved (also to cater for last minute changes) and this is done when the container is loaded to a DJ Player.
So it is impossible to have the duration of the overlay at the time the playlist is imported.
