Lost contain of my playlists
Lost contain of my playlists
Hi, before i install windows 7, i used Ghost to copy all the contain of my disc including the "playlists". When i re-install everything, the playlists still okay, all the titles are there but the songs don't play... What can i do to save all my playlists ???
Thanks Bernd.
Thanks Bernd.
Re: Lost contain of my playlists
I am not sure what 'Ghost' is doing...
In addition what are your 'Playlists' - are they playlist based media libs or regular .pfp playlist file ...?
However, the 'location' with your playlists might be either saved relative, absolute or in UNC notation - depends on how you created/saved them.
If the location is saved with an absolute or UNC notation, it might be, that your driver letter (or in case of UNC the machine-name) changed after the update to Win7 resp. the 'Ghost' copy?
If that is the case, this might be the reason.
You might also compare/inspect the file location contained with the playlist file manually and see what is now 'broken'.
