Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
In the general settings there is a section called ‘GPIO’. There you’ll find the so called Hotkey mapping. When enabled you can map for an individual key code and assign a control-command.
A control-command is a predefined action which carries out a certain command within ProppFrexx, eg. to start or stop the DJPlayer A.
A list of all control-commands can be found in the appendix of the user manual.

Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
That's what I read in the manual, however when I enable the hotkey mapping I cannot see anything related to mapping! BTW the Devexpress interface is a pain in the neck when it comes to accessibility for the blind but I'll use that software anyway because it's great!
Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
Well, next to the enable checkbox is a combobox, which has a 2nd button at the end. When you click on this one it opens the mapping dialog.

Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
No, still no luck. The only button I have near the keyboard checkbjox yells at me that there's no a s serial server started.
Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
In the 'Keyboard Hotkey Mapping' group there are the following items (from right to left):
1. Use Global Capture (checkbox)
2. Mapping (label and combobox), this on has 2 buttons at the end (1st the combox button, 2nd the effective mapping button)
3. Keyboard Hotkey Control Enabled (checkbox)

Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
Thank you! I will be checking and trying to do it. By the way if you would get external help from people like me, and fellow blind broadcasters, would you be willing to include some more accessibility?
Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
Hi, I managed to open up the dialog, however I needed to use a very special screenreader operation method to open the dialog. By the way, edit boxes have no readable label for the screenreaders.
Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
I fully understand your issue.
But providing perfect accessibility help for blind people is a real challenge for a non-blind person.
And I assume, that providing full screen-reader support for all editors, dialogs and other controls is probably a huge work load, which I am not sure I am able to provide?

Re: Mapping Keyboard shortcuts?
The textboxes have a label for sighted people, so why just not bind them to the AccessibilityController? It should be doable.
