Ability to lock the positions of dockpanels

One of the issues we currently have is users messing up the UI in the studio by accidentally closing or dragging a docked window, causing the UI to shift.

I get a phone call at least once a week from a user in the studio asking why a specific window is gone or why everything was moved.

It would be great if there was a setting to lock the “docked” panels on a specific position and remove the ability to close or resize them. Users would still be able to move popup windows like the PF, VT or Segue editors.

This feature already exists.
In the Enterprise Version you can enable the UAC feature (see More Stuff section) and then set the User Rights in the User Profile..., e.g. you might disable the 'Allow Layout Changes' right.
