That looks impossible, except you have set certain script-line options, mainly the 'SuppressHistoryCheck' option!

OR your tagging is not correct!
You should deactivate the 'Use Strict Checks' as if enabled (as in your case) a case-sensitive exact comparison is carried out!
Your display might be misleading, as in your playlist you enabled the 'Use Upper-Case' option - however, your TAG data might NOT be equal,
e.g. check for 'Roxette', 'ROXETTE' etc.
That's why the default does NOT enable the 'Use Strict Checks'!

Again:
'Use Strict Checks' enabled = case-sensitive exact comparison
'Use Strict Checks' disabled = case-insensitive relaxed comparison (default, recommended)

So please check the later!
