Print Options

Post by Quentin D »

Hi Bernd,
Is it possible to remove the top panel in the print options? In my case it waste space and make the shows unclear (see attachment)
Thanks

No and Yes, that 'Daily Style' is designed like this by default and can not be changed.
The timeline scale in that print view is by default set to a 1 hour timescale, so even removing the calenadar at the top wouldn't change anything. This is in order to fit exactly 1 on one page - that's why it is called Daily View.

But you can choose the 'Print Options' button and set the 'Duration' for the 'Daily Style' e.g. to 6 hours.
In that case 6 hours are placed on one page, given a timescale of 15 minutes.
Is that what you are looking for?

In the screenshot i took half a day as an example, but I would like to get the full day if possible, with Weekly Style ;)
You said the default timescale is 1 hour, so why I get 2 hours?
EDIT : I've set landscape orientation.

Yes I think it's the because of the landscape mode. That's why if the top panel could be removed and get the 1 hour timescale it would be perfect ;)
Otherwise, the custom styles and other parameters seems to be lost after closing the window calendar :(

The 'Print Options' settings can unfortunately not be saved.

Maybe you used the landscape paper setup - which would reduce the timescale to 2 hours?
However, just try the "Print Options" and play with the available options - that's all the standards I can offer.

It's too bad, I know it's not a major feature but it's a nice be able to print the calendar or export it to pdf, and lost settings everytime is annoying...
Do you think it is hard to implement ?
