It is actually/unfortunately a build-in feature of the UI lib I am using, so I need to request that at the UI vendor ;-)
But I'll do that...

Good News (after a chat with the UI vendor), I guess I found a way to save and restore the 'format' options of the changed Print Styles and also a way to remove the 'calendar header'.
So it will be included in a next release.

The v4.0.0.21 is available - which includes the automatic save/restore of the Print Styles.

I've upgraded and it works, I can now save my custom styles :)

A thing to know : the paper size option is related to the default printer installed on the system.
To get the 30 min accuracy, I've set a custom paper size (48x33 cm) then save as PDF. If I want to print it on a A4 page, I simply downscale it on the PDF reader.
Maybe it can help someone...
