Dynamic Slot/Overlay Assignment Replace does not replace
Dynamic Slot/Overlay Assignment Replace does not replace
I 've just added some dynamic slot assignments:
Then I choose a filter:
And hit replace:
New slots are added instead of replacing the current ones.Re: Dynamic Slot/Overlay Assignment Replace does not replace
The 'Replace' button does delete any previously dynamically assigned overlays, which do match the current filter and date range.
As such, if your date range or your current filter doesn't match the already assigned overlays, they will not be deleted.
If you want to replace ALL, you first have to use the 'Clear All' button.
I guess in your case, you used a different filter as the initial assigned once?!

Re: Dynamic Slot/Overlay Assignment Replace does not replace
Yes you are right. I used different filter when I first created those overlays.
But if I want to schedule some slots/overlays for a period of a month and I need to change only 2-3 days it's better to use replace than clear and start from beginning.

Re: Dynamic Slot/Overlay Assignment Replace does not replace
Yes, I agree, with the next v3.0.13.26, I'll change the replace function, so that in only works on the same date range and doesn't use the other filter criteria's.
