Hello Bernd,

I exclude jingles from Title Update through the Title update filter. This works only half voor me.
The name of the jingle won't show on the stream, thats good.
But it won't show the Song Title I filled in at the form "Select entry type Song Title". Instead the stream is filled with the Initial Title (Streaming -> Edit stream -> Initial title).

Any ideas?

Where/How do you play the Jingle?
I just made a quick test here and it worked like expected, so I guess there must be some other difference.

Note, that you must set the 'Use MediaType for excluded Tracks' - 'Streaming Option' (see general settings, section 'Streaming').

Yes, I forgot that combobox 'Use MediaType for excluded Tracks'.

I have got another streaming question.

I'm using the Overlay scheduler to play the news.
Title updates = Use Overlay Description. This works fine, however:
I'm using a script within the Overlay
1. Tune
2. News
3. Tune

In this case the stream will be updated multiple times (with the same Overlay Description). Is it possible to just update one time for the complete Overlay?

No, that is currently not possible, but why is this an issue?
However, I might take a look, if I can do this automatically in a next release with the 'OverlayName', 'OverlayReference', 'OverlayDescription' and 'InitialTitle' option.

It's not a huge issue, but on a website with the song history showed, the news is displayed multiple times.

Except you implement a check on the web site to suppress sub-sequent duplicate song-titles
But as said: ... I might take a look, if I can do this automatically in a next release with the 'OverlayName', 'OverlayReference', 'OverlayDescription' and 'InitialTitle' option.
