Hi Bernd.

We do have an enterprise version but we are not able to login to the advertapp. It does not accept the admin login password. What can i do to fix that?

The Advert Manager has its own password which defaults to "ProppFrexx". So it has nothing to do with your Admin user of ProppFrexx ONAIR.
If you have changed the Advert password inside the Advert general settings, but have now forgotten it, you can only delete your entire Advert config folder.

This is it? If so the password doesn't do anything.

Our admin password does not work anymore. We've never changed the admin password. We can not close PF unless ctrl alt delete. What do we do to restore the PF?

The Advert Manager has its own password !!!

Again:
If you have changed the Advert Manager password inside the Advert Managers general settings (this is NOT the ProppFrexx ONAIR general settings, but the general settings of the ProppFrexx Advert application), but have now forgotten this password, you can only delete your entire Advert config folder. E.g. go to the AppUserData folder of the Advert Manager:
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\radio42\ProppFrexx Advertising\4.0

And then you need to delete this entire folder! The Advert Manager password is then reset to "ProppFrexx".
Bernd, we did understand that part, we unfortunately lost our admin password. I guess we weren't clear enough.

That is the ProppFrexx ONAIR general settings!

As mentioned above, the Advert Management has its own general settings. There you define the Advert password.

Do you mean the UAC password of your Admin account?
Or do you mean the Master password as shown in your screenshot above?

If the later, you would need to close PF and then delete the file "ProppFrexx ONAIR.config" in your ProppFrexx ONAIR AppUserData folder.
Note, that you will also loose all your other general settings!

But yes, I do not understand then, why your post Titel is "Login Advert App"?!
Because if you can still see your general settings in ProppFrexx ONAIR you can simply change your Master password back to 'ProppFrexx' and then delete the Advert config file and all should be working again?!!!

Note that the UAC Admin password is not used with the Advert Management, but only for the ProppFrexx user login.
Only the Master password is used for the automatic Advert login.
