I'm doing voicetrack but I would like just to talk on the ramp/intro/beggining of each song.

So what happens when I record I need to play de last seconds of the 1st song and then click NEXT to talk on the ramp of the song that I want to. I would like just to start record on the ramp of the selected song and avoid dead air/silence between previous song and next song.

You might also use the SegueEditor and use the included Instant-Recorder to record TrackInserts.
A TrackInsert is a track which plays within the related audio track and does not generate a new playlist entry.

However the above procedure you already described can also be used. Just use the segue editor after your recording to move the tracks to segue them in such a way that no silence is in between them.
