Hi Bernd.
Is it possible to steer and activate the card walls with a programmable keyboard or midi board? And if so,.... how can I fix something?

Yes of course it is.
You can use the MIDI event mapping to do so.
There is even a tutorial video about it.

In that video, at the beginning you also refer to ipad control, how does that work? And can i bring the RVT Commands to the hotkeys aswell?
Like Ctrl-F11 for opening etc?

You can also use your IPad/iPhone or other tablet supporting the Open Sound Control protocol, as explained here:
