What cannot deal with 'bold' titles? Can you explain your issue in a bit more details?
Or do you mean you have changed your folder paths or filenames to capital-letters?

When you change your your folder paths or filenames, than the old locations are of course not valid anymore. I am afraid, that ProppFrexx can of course not change and adjust those changes automatically. You need to adjust your media lib entries manually in such case.
Note: that the 'Check Consistancy...' function on the Media Libs will tell you call details about the broken entries to correct.
