Manual speaks about silence detection settings in scripts/scheduler.
I can't find it there....

Where can I change the:
- Silence below
- Silence for at least
- Start auto play
....

No, this is not a per script/scheduler setting - this is a general setting and you can find it in the section 'Mixing/Fading'.
Note, that you also need to enable the silence detection in each mixer channel configuration (double-click on the mixer channel name, check the option "Enable Silence Detection")
