Hi there,

Our playout with proppfrexx has already been frozen twice in a 3-day period.this after a long stable period. The rest of the programs on the server (schoutcast, rtv software, filezilla) are working properly but we have to shutdown PFt by ending the program in Taskmanager
After shuting down the program in the taskmanager he works fine again...

what can i do to find the solution to this issue?

Proppfrexx 4.1.5.1.
Windows server 2012 R2 64 bit
32 gb mem.

If it really freezes, the Windows Event log should contain an entry!
Typically this is bad system driver issue (which might only be used in that way by ProppFrexx).

it's strange but we did not changed anything... After wednesday when it freeze i did a update on PF.
Before wednesday the system ran 150 / 200 days without any issue at all..
in the win logfile there is no info... but is there also a program log file in PF?

If there are any ProppFrexx issues, these will be logged into a file called „Erroe.log“ contained in the ProppFrexx AppDataUser folder.

i have checked the dir, but the mentiond file is not listed...
do i have to enable this in the config?

No. The file is only created, if there is an error happening from within ProppFrexx.
This means, that the error happens outside of ProppFrexx, e.g. in a system driver or the OS, e.g. the network interface, sound card driver or alike!
