Hi
Have a couple of questions
To run commercials something is missing?
1 you can’t copy and paste
2 you can’t plan for a particular day
Example
If I plan a AD only for Sunday’s 1800
All other day’s are 1800 as well
Of course in the autoMarion you can go back
And delete all other days
Takes to long
Last question
How could I schedule a Xmas program
Like play different Xmas songs at certain times
Not possible I see
Other than this software is great

1 not what you want to copy paste?

2 of course you can do this!
You can assign a campaign to a particular overlay occurrence! That’s an exact overlay for a given date and time.

3 you can for each recurring program also create exceptions.
E.g. delete the occurrence on the 24th and replace it by a new Xmas program.

The Overlays are setup and running
But the problem is copy and paste or drag and drop
example
all commercials start at 1800 until 2300 only on Sundays until Dec 31 2020
can I do a mass change?

What copy and past and drag and drop PF overlays is also possible within the overlay scheduler window!

I don’t understand what in your example any copy and paste would help.

Whwn editing an overlay you are always asked to either edit the individual occurrence or the entire series. Select the entire series to change all of the occurrences in the future.

The overlay calendar view uses the same features as a normal Outlook calendar does. As millions of users are fine with those outlook features, I assume and hope it cannot be to bad for ProppFrexx.

What is the problem?
I do see 6 programs or overlays?!
But I cannot see, if they are individual recurrence entries or actually 6 occurrences of the same series.
Nor do I spot a problem?!

A bit more info would help

Are activated but doesn’t run
If check overlay broadcast times
Everything is on 00:00
So that means it’s not really active

I still do not understand. The screenshot shows overlay for the future (21. til 26.) so how could you say they are not active.
Please show a screenshot of an individual overlay entry settings.
It might also be, that no advert tracks could be resolved (have been assigned)?!
Also take a look to the overlay log (see the tools ribbon tab) and Post the Content for an overlay which should not start.

How are you testing things, since the screenshots from the previous post do show overlays for a future date?! Which obviously haven’t run yet!
What about the log file I asked you about?!
And what version and Edition are you using?
