Hi all,

just wondering how i access the error log?

I had a file yesterday that was jumping and clicking and i found that the script didnt load the entire script but i would like to see the actual error

an eventual reload of the program fixed the program but be good to understand the issue

also the "out" volume wasnt being sent out - it was playing on the screen but it wasnt playing out of the system... strange

The log files can be access from the Tools ribbon tab. See the Shiw Log Files ribbon button.

However, the other things you described sounds like either a sound card issue or a config issue in the related mixer channel. If an Out of a mixer channel is not heard, please check, if the correct device is selected and also check the windows device/mixer settings, not, that it is accidentally muted in the windows settings.
