bernd, i need help. what doe it cost to personally talk to you on a plan im a player here and my station is not running because of issues with your software. I paid the 700 bucks for this thing and i need it to work now. Tom

If there are issues with the software, please post a detailed error and I am sure we can resolve that.
But from you lasts post you send during last night, it actually more looks like usage errors and not like issues in the software.
The argument, that you paid money for the software doesn't mean, that all is solved by that simple fact.
