Dear all,

Hope someone can help me on this one

Last weekend we upgraded to our new PC and Installed ProppFrexx 64-bit version.

Until now it's not possible to connect to my D&R Airance, it was working with 32-bit version?
See error message as attachment. Missing something?

More details:
When i start the GPIO Client it connects fine. But when i want to configure or click on anything related to the airance settings the GPIO Client crashes.

There is no difference in the GPIO client app!
Ie. the GPIO client app is always a 32bit application, note, that it is a separate application anyhow.

So the error must be a different one. Maybe you are using two GPIO apps in parallel? While only one can be connected at a time.
Else I don’t see any other reason from a ProppFrexx point of view.
Accept, that you at least need a Premium Edition or higher. I assume you are doing that?!

Yes using the professional version.

I just used the debug option to find more info, where does GPIO Client puts his logfile?

Have you tried to enable the D&R Airence Contol on the first page?!
As well as enable it on the 2nd page at Startup.

Yes did enable the D&R Airance on startup at the D&R Tab
When i want to enable the D&R Airance on the main page it crashes

Strange one is that i can connect to the D&R Airlite ??


I have used the debug option to find more info why it crashes, were does the client puts its logfile?

What crash or error did you get?!
Note the error.log in the GPIO appdata folder. A crash is also recorded in the Windows Event Log! Can you send that?!
Are you really using only one app at a time?
Is the D&R really correctly connected?

I removed the USB Isolator between PC and D&R Airance and it works fine now.
Don't know the reason because it was working fine on the "öld" pc where we also used this USB Isolator.

Any ideas ?

An isolator isn’t recommended by D&R, but I am the wrong one to ask - this should go to D&R of course.

Good evening ..I am new to Proppfrexx and very impressed ..but am struggling a little mapping my Airlite mixer ..I have download the files very kindly put up on this forum..thank you ..I have followed instructions and have mapped in the GPIO client ..but cannot use the controls or stop / start etc .I have checked all the settings but to no avail ..if anyone could advise it would be much appreciated... Thank you in advance
