Ribbon customization no longer works

I get the following screen.
No commands, no tabs.
See attach.
What have I done or set wrong? What can I do?

Change the selection in the above/top combo-box.
Or if you are totally lost, you can use the 'Reset' button at the bottom to reset your configuration.

Bernd,
changing from "All Tabs" to "all commands" does not work.
neither reset.

Then there must have been something going/doing wrong, as I can absolutely not reproduce that here!
I also did not change anything in code, as such I guess it must be something different - but as I cannot reproduce it, I have no clue what it could be.
So please close ProppFrexx.
Then go to the ProppFrexx AooUserData folder (%appdata%/radio42/ProppFrexx ONAIR/4.0)
and delete all *.ribbon files, e.g. 'ProppFrexx ONAIR.ribbon'

Bernd,
I have shared all ribbon files. I get the following picture.
The instruction "customize the ribbon" had disappeared
I have then only pf completely deleted and reinstalled.
I can't find any other solution.

I can absolutely not reproduce that here.
Did you really close ProppFrexx, and than deleted ALL *.ribbon files?
(no need to reinstall ProppFrexx, as this would not change any old config files)!
In addition you might also remove all .toolbar files from the config folder.
